Requirements
Fluent Irish and English
Responsibilities
- Oversee sauna and hot tub bookings and maintenance
- Maintain promotional databases and research relevant cultural and retail partners
- Handle VAT returns and track operational and unvouched expenses
- Coordinate cleaning, laundry, and waste services for the Old Pier
- Manage online shop fulfilment and postage (CDs, books)
- Maintain directories of local accommodation, businesses, and staff
- Support video production, social media, and online content
- Manage procurement of household and operational supplies
- Ensure timely payment of recurring bills and annual expenses
